About the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate

The mission of the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate at Columbia Business School (“the Milstein Center”) is to integrate theoretical and practical knowledge of real estate as it relates to the ever-changing global market for real estate finance and investment. The Milstein Center offers programming designed to bring students, faculty, alumni, and distinguished professionals together to share information, strengthen networks and expand industry expertise. The Milstein Center prides itself on its large network of engaged alumni committed to enhancing the educational experience. Led by Lynne Sagalyn, the Earle W. Kazis and Benjamin Schore Professor of Real Estate, and a dedicated staff of standing and adjunct faculty, administrators, and researchers, the Milstein Center works in partnership with the Columbia Business School MBA Real Estate Program which advances professional business knowledge through research, curriculum innovations and teaching excellence. Established in 2001, the Milstein Center is supported by the generous endowment of the Paul Milstein family.
