Join us for the Fourth Annual Real Estate Capital Markets Conference on Friday, January 27, 2012 at the TimesCenter in New York

Columbia Business School and Goodwin Procter are pleased to co-host our invitation-only Annual Real Estate Capital Markets Conference. Our half-day program has become a ‘must attend’ event among industry leaders in the real estate capital markets space and draws a sophisticated audience of investors, fund managers and investment bankers.

This year, we are thrilled to welcome Erskine Bowles as our conference keynote speaker. Bowles, the former co-chair with Alan Simpson on President Obama’s National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform, is at the center of the national dialogue on what must be done to address America’s deficit crisis.  Bowles, president emeritus of the University of North Carolina and former chief of staff under President Clinton, currently serves on the Boards of Morgan Stanley and Cousins Properties.

Joining Mr. Bowles is an exceptional roster of industry thought leaders and presenters who will discuss, in panel format, macro economic trends, the current – and future – state of the real estate capital markets, the implications of ongoing political and financial turmoil on the industry, and the impact of converging global markets.
