Goodwin has hired two partners, who focus their practice on private investment funds matters, the firm said Tuesday. Nicole Peppe and Luke Bagley are the firm's new Private Investment Fund partners, and they join Goodwin with over two decades of experience between them. The firm said the duo's work will focus on mergers and acquisitions, as well as venture capital investing matters. "Having sort of a one-stop shop for all of the services that our clients need and find to be important to their businesses just made joining Goodwin such an easy choice," Peppe said to Law360. Bagley mentions that "with venture funds, we're really adding to the ecosystem and helping people stand up businesses in a way that really appealed to me."
