Goodwin seeks highly qualified associates (3 - 5 years’) to support its Investment Management team. A background in matters relating to the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 including registered funds employing alternative investment strategies such as interval funds, tender offer funds and BDCs and registered advisers. The role involves direct client contact and business development acumen.
Candidates applying for attorney positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and deal sheet required.
